SHIPPING POLICY 

​

  • Shipping in  Colombia: Between 3-5 work days for delivery

  • The standard shipping fee for national(Colombia) shipping is $10.000 COP.

  • Free shipping for purchases greater than $200.000 COP

  • International Shipping: Between 15-20 días work days for delivery 

  • Product change can only be done maximum 15 days after it has been delivered. 

  • Product change costs such as delivery(roundtrip & taxes) must be paid completely by the client

  • Customs taxes must be paid by the client once the product arrives to the destination country; this value is not included in the shipping fee. 

 

ORDER DETAILS & PAYMENT

  • Order details will be sent to the email address given by the client once the order is placed. This includes a summary of the purchase, products, address and total value. 

  • The online shop palominobeachwear.com allows payments by Credit Card & PSE for Colombia

  • Orders placed via our Whatsapp store (+57 3164966877) can be paid by wire bank transfer or with PagaconRappi

  • Transactions process are based in Colombia, your bank may apply extra charges if the purchase is for an international destination.

 

GIFT CARDS

 

  • GIFT CARDS can be purchased for different values ($50.000 ; $100.000 ; $150.000 or $200.000 COP) and can be given to anyone for its redemption. 

  • If the purchase has a lower value than the gift card, the remaining money will be stored for a next purchase until it's used completely. 

  • If the purchase has a higher value than the gift card, the client must pay the extra value to complete the purchase. 

  • The gift card is valid for 6 months since the date it was purchased. 

  • The gift card code will be sent via email the client registers at the moment of the purchase and this code can be used on the checkout cart of a purchase on the web page.

POLÍTICAS DE ENVÍO

  • Envíos en Colombia: Entre 3-5 días hábiles para la entrega.

  • La tarifa de envío fija a nivel nacional es de $10.000 COP. 

  • Envío gratis por compras superiores a $200.000 COP

  • Envíos Internacionales: entre 15-20 días hábiles para la entrega 

  • Los cambios de productos se pueden hacer máximo 15 días después de entregado el producto.

  • Los costos de envío por cambios  (ida, vuelta e impuestos aduaneros) los debe de asumir el cliente en su totalidad.

  • Impuestos aduaneros y aranceles los debe de asumir el cliente cuando reciba el producto; no están incluidos dentro del valor del envío.

 

DETALLES DE PEDIDO Y PAGOS

 

  • Los detalles del pedido serán enviados al correo electrónico que registren al momento de realizar la compra con el resumen del valor y artículo ordenado

  • La tienda online palominobeachwear.com recibe pagos de Tarjeta Crédito y PSE para Colombia

  • Pedidos realizado por nuestra tienda de Whatsapp (+57 3164966877) se recibe el pago por medio de transferencia bancaria o PagaconRappi

  • El procesamiento de transacciones se basa en Colombia, su banco puede aplicar tarifas de transacciones internacionales si su orden es internacional. 

 

 

BONOS DE REGALO- GIFT CARDS

 

  • Puedes realizar la compra de un GIFT CARD a partir de un valor de $50.000 para enviarlo a cualquiera para su redención

  • Si la compra tiene un precio superior al valor del bono, se debe pagar el excedente

  • El bono tiene vigencia de 6 meses a partir del momento de su compra

  • El código de regalo será enviado al correo electrónico registrado al momento de compra, que se podrá utilizar en el check out de la compra final en la página web.
